Trust AIMS

Trust AIMS is the mobile companion to TrustLab Diagnostics' AIMS Inventory Management System. It's built for staff who already have an AIMS account — sign in with your existing credentials to pick up work from wherever you are.

WHAT YOU CAN DO
• My Queue — see everything waiting on you across every register in one place, computed live from the same data the main system uses.
• Procurement — raise Vendor Quotations, create Purchase Orders against approved rates, and post Goods Receipts against incoming deliveries.
• Stock on Hand — check what's actually available, by item, across every store.
• Approvals — verify, approve or reject Master, Indent, Document and Adjustment requests from your phone, with each screen showing full record detail before you decide.
• Profile — see your account, role and permissions at a glance.

WHO IT'S FOR
This app is for TrustLab Diagnostics personnel only. It requires an existing AIMS account issued by your organization — there is no public sign-up, and the app has no use outside TrustLab Diagnostics' own inventory operations.

Trust AIMS talks directly to TrustLab Diagnostics' inventory servers over a secure connection. It does not show ads and does not include third-party analytics or tracking.
