HELP HELPING

Those who care always want to be there.

The ThevoSmart app in conjunction with the intelligent mattress topper from Thomashilfen keeps you up to date wherever you are. The easy-to-understand traffic light system shows you at first glance whether there is reason to take action. Everywhere. Anytime.

So that wherever you are, you know for sure: everything is okay. Grandma is fine.

THE THOMASHILFEN CARE COCKPIT

Our care cockpit is an intelligent mattress topper that automatically sounds an alarm as soon as the person being cared for is on a wet surface or leaves the bed.

Caring relatives are alerted via push notification on their smartphone. When leaving bed, either immediately or after an adjustable time. If moisture is detected on the bed insert, you will be notified immediately. In this way, the care cockpit can help prevent fall-related injuries and moisture-related illnesses.

The relaxed security of being informed immediately when the need for action arises allows both those in need of care and those providing care to sleep more peacefully.

The care cockpit is ready for use in just a few minutes.

Special features:

+ Push notifications for status changes
+ Alarm in case of wetness, escape from bed and lack of exercise
+ Family care network: Inviting carers to provide care support
+ History view
+ Message history
+ Care information and recommendations
+ optional: family home emergency call

Requirements for using the nursing cockpit:

> Internet connection: standard router or SIM card router (mobile data)
