TQC Driver App

The TQC Driver App: Efficient Load Management & Real-Time Logistics
The TQC Driver App is a dedicated tool for professional drivers operating within the Thermo Queen Corp (TQC) network. This app simplifies your workflow by providing all the tools you need to manage your loads, communicate with dispatch, and provide real-time updates directly from the road.
IMPORTANT: Restricted Access The TQC Driver App is not a public application. To use this app, you must have an active account created by your carrier via the TQC Carrier Portal. You cannot register an account directly within the app. Please contact your carrier administrator for your login credentials and invitation.
Key Features:
Load Management: View all assigned loads, including pick-up/delivery details and special instructions.
Real-Time Tracking: Provide precise, live location updates to the Admin Portal, ensuring dispatch and clients have accurate ETAs.
Event Confirmation: Easily confirm pick-ups and deliveries with a single tap.
Document Upload: Capture and upload Bills of Lading (BOLs) and Proof of Delivery (POD) images directly to the load record.
Offline Queuing: Operating in a low-signal area? The app stores your location events and syncs them automatically when your signal returns.
Location Access & Battery Life: This app collects precise location data to enable real-time freight tracking and coordination with the Carrier Portal. To ensure reliable tracking for your carrier, this data is collected even when the app is closed or not in use during an active load session.
Note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life. We recommend keeping your device connected to a power source while on the road.
