Oil Doctor is developed to encourage and incentivise users of our product who are basically
the mechanics at the service centres and repair shops.
There are some points attached with each Product SKU through a QR code, whenever a
mechanic scans the QR code he earns points. Mechanic should keep accumulating these
points, after accumulating a certain amount of points he will be eligible for claiming some
gifts.
Through this we will come to know which mechanic is helping us more or using more of our
products so that we can identify, acknowledge, appreciate and reward him suitably. it will be
helpful for us in improving our sales in all areas.
In this App the mechanics or their assistant mechanics get some cashbacks / payouts also
as instant gratification for using our products, this helps us a lot as many users expect some
immediate gratification. They will be satisfied and promote more of our products and may
need not have to wait for a long term for getting some kind of reward for their efforts.
This app will help us in maintaining data of all our users. We can wish them on their
birthdays and build relationships with them. The Mechanics can be updated about our new
offerings. Mechanics will also know the benefits and features of the products.
We will also use this app in training mechanics on lubricants and grease for different
vehicles and parts, thereby improving their knowledge. We will also be updating them on the
new technologies.
This App will help our sales team in getting the stocks moved from the retailers counter there
by increasing their sales and collections. it will help them in identifying the mechanics who
are using the products and who are not using the products, and appreciating the mechanics
who are using the products and encouraging and motivating the mechanics were not using
the products.
