Mark & Jess are a Vegan duo with a passion for baking plant-based, organic desserts & sweets. They both enjoy spending time with family & friends, running, hiking, & eating. Eating lots of cake.

Plant Cakes Bake Shop was created with a central mission to provide healthier delicious treats to everyone, including those choosing a plant-only diet, those with dietary sensitivities, allergies, or other intolerances. Our baked goods are made from only the highest quality organic and non-GMO ingredients, free of artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners, sugar alcohols, and preservatives.

Plant Cakes Bake Shop, an all-vegan bakery is the first animal product-free bakery in the region. The bakery and ‘dessert bar’ features fresh baked doughnuts, cinnamon rolls, cakes, cookies, cupcakes, & dairy-free cheesecakes sourced from organic ingredients. The bake shop also offers special event & wedding dessert catering services.

The bakery is centrally located in the heart of the picturesque downtown historical district at 410 South White Street, Wake Forest, NC in the new PowerHouse Row building.

Place pre-orders online for delivery, curbside, or in-store pickup. We also offer a daily selection of our baked goods, chia seed parfait cups, and other treats available for in-store purchase, call us at 919-275-3995 to check our daily menu. We offer social distanced indoor dessert bar dining, organic beverages, (coffee, kombucha, protein drinks, & bottled water).
