Log custody handoffs incidents and expenses with time stamps. Compare planned vs. actual nights and share a summary PDF with your attorney. No account needed.HandoffLog is a private custody journal for separated and divorced parents. Without needing the other parent to join you log handoffs incidents and child expenses with time stamps and turn them into organized records when you need them.

[Custody schedule]
Choose 2-2-3 / 2-2-5-5 / 3-4-4-3 / alternating weeks / every other weekend or build your own cycle. Add holidays school breaks and birthdays as exceptions and alternate them every year. When the schedule changes your past schedule and records stay exactly as they were.

[One-tap handoffs]
Today shows whose night it is and the next handoff time and place. Log an on-time handoff with one tap or record late (minutes or arrival time) / no-show / cancelled / swapped. Add your current location only when you tap it.

[Incidents and expenses]
Record school medical communication behavior and more with notes photos and PDFs. For expenses keep the amount your share who paid and whether it is settled. The app works out who owes whom.

[Planned vs. actual]
See planned nights next to actual nights (adjusted for no-shows cancellations and swaps) plus lateness counts total minutes late and expense totals.

[Summary PDF]
Page one summarizes nights / handoff results / incidents / expenses followed by a dated timeline. Every entry shows when it happened when it was logged and when it was last edited and corrections keep the earlier values.

[Privacy]
No account and no co-parent sign-up. Records stay on your phone and are never sent to the developer. Lock the app with biometrics or your passcode and export a backup file anytime.

[Premium - one-time purchase]
PDF for any period with filters and a photo appendix / reports for any period / CSV and calendar export / no ads. Not a subscription - buy once and keep it.
