With Technician FM Team, you can:

● Manage Service Requests: Champions and Supervisors can track, update, and resolve
tenant requests for repairs or maintenance, covering issues like AC servicing, plumbing,
electrical work, and more.
● Conduct Move-In/Move-Out Inspections: Inspectors handle detailed checklists and
assessments for unit inspections, ensuring each component is ready and up to standard
before tenant occupancy or after move-out.
● Organize Tasks and Priorities: View assigned jobs, update status, and access history for
efficient task management and communication with team members.
● Designed to simplify facility management tasks, the app allows Andorra’s FM team to
