Apex One Guard

Apex One Guard is the official mobile app for security officers working with Apex One Technologies. It connects guards in the field directly to dispatch and management, replacing paper logs and phone check-ins with one simple app.

ON-SITE VERIFICATION
Clock in and out with GPS verification, so your shift starts and ends with proof you were on post. No more disputed timesheets.

CHECKPOINT PATROLS
Scan QR checkpoint codes throughout your site to log patrol rounds in real time. Every scan is time-stamped and location-verified automatically.

SHIFT SCHEDULES
See your upcoming shifts and post assignments right from your phone, with push notifications so you never miss a schedule change.

REPORTING FROM THE FIELD
Submit daily activity and incident reports from your device, with photo support using your camera. Reports go straight to supervisors and are available to clients through the Apex One client portal.

STAY CONNECTED
Push notifications keep you up to date on dispatch updates, schedule changes, and important announcements.

Apex One Guard is for employees and contracted officers of Apex One Technologies. A company-issued account is required to sign in. Location access is used to verify on-site presence during shifts; camera access is used for scanning checkpoint QR codes and attaching photos to reports.
