The Representative app is designed specifically for field operations teams, serving as the smart link between the office and the site, and between the client and the driver. Its goal is to streamline the representative's daily tasks and transform follow-up from sporadic calls and messages to organized execution based on real-time data and updates: from receiving the task order and its route, to confirming arrival, documenting loading/unloading, recording quantities, weights, and notes, and attaching photos, documents, and electronic signatures when needed.

The app provides a clear interface for tracking tasks by status (New, In Progress, Completed, Postponed), with instant alerts for any changes from management or operations. It also allows for recording field expenses and linking them to the task, and documenting any delays or operational issues with their causes to ensure transparency and minimize disputes. Furthermore, it enables representatives to track clients and pickup/delivery points, confirm essential data before execution, and send status updates to the client as needed.

The application supports operations across multiple branches and is fully integrated with the control panel and the financial and operational systems. This ensures that all sales representative updates are directly reflected in reports, trip profitability, and operational costs.
