About FiberUp: Fiber Tracker

Most people eat about 15g of fiber a day. Your body needs 25 to 35g.

FiberUp is a fiber tracker built to close that gap. Count your daily fiber intake, log food in seconds, and watch your gut health improve over time, in a clean app that does one thing properly.

WHY FIBER IS WORTH TRACKING
- Dietary fiber drives digestion, steady energy and long-term health.
- Around 95% of people fall short of the recommended daily fiber intake.
- Small, steady increases add up fast, and they are easy to make once you can see where you stand.

WHAT FIBERUP DOES
- Search a 180+ food database. Real USDA fiber data, with soluble fiber and insoluble fiber broken out, so "how much fiber is in this" takes one tap instead of a web search.
- Scan a barcode. Packaged food logs straight off the label, no typing.
- Scan a meal with AI. Snap a photo of the plate and get its fiber in seconds, for the home cooking no database will ever list.
- Watch one progress ring. Your daily fiber goal is always a glance away on the Today screen.
- Set your own target. 20g, 30g, or a custom number if your doctor gave you one.
- Read weekly charts. See the days you fall short instead of guessing at your week.
- Browse day-by-day history. Look back at any past day, and export your whole food log as a CSV.
- Build a diversity score. Aim for 20 unique fiber sources a week, because variety of plants matters as much as the gram total.
- Keep a streak, and get one daily reminder at a time you choose.

THE PROBLEMS IT SOLVES
- You have no idea how much fiber you actually eat. A fiber counter running all day gives you a real number instead of a hunch.
- Fiber numbers are hard to find. Between the USDA database, barcodes and AI meal scanning, almost anything you eat has a way in.
- Every other nutrition tracker buries fiber under calories and macros. FiberUp puts dietary fiber first, because that is what you came to fix.
- Tracking is tedious and people quit. Logging here takes seconds, which is the only reason anyone sticks with it.

AI meal scanning and day-by-day history are part of FiberUp Pro, an optional subscription. Everything else is free.

Private by design. No account, no sign-up, and your fiber log stays on your device. Photos you scan with AI are analyzed to estimate fiber and never stored.

Whether you call it a fiber tracker, a fiber counter, a fiber calculator or a high-fiber food diary, FiberUp does one job well: it shows you how much dietary fiber you actually eat, from soluble and insoluble fiber to prebiotic foods, so you can manage your diet around digestion and gut health.

FiberUp Pro is an optional auto-renewing subscription that unlocks AI meal scanning, lets you browse past days and export your history, and removes ads. Everything else in FiberUp is free. Choose a weekly plan or a yearly plan that includes a 14-day free trial. Prices are shown in the app before you subscribe and vary by region.

Payment is charged to your Google Play account at confirmation of purchase. The subscription automatically renews unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription. You can manage or cancel your subscription in the Google Play Store under Subscriptions.
