About Standard

Standard is a staff-management app for gym and box owners and managers. It is not an app for members and not a workout log: it is the tool for whoever manages the people.

Who is covering the class, who opened the gym, what is broken, who still has not sent what you asked for — everything your team sorts out in a WhatsApp group today, in one place. Every request reaches the right person, you can see who has dealt with it and who has not, and the app does the reminding for you.

SHIFT SWAPS
A coach opens a swap request — a single class or several shifts across different dates. The whole team is notified, and one tap closes it. If the class is still uncovered, the app sends a reminder 24 hours before it starts. A holiday splits into a separate request per class and can be cancelled as one.

TEAM TASKS
A task for the whole team or for chosen coaches, with a deadline — bring a valid first-aid certificate, send your availability for next month. Each coach is notified and marks it done, and you see who has done it and who has not. Anyone who has not gets a reminder before the deadline, so you do not have to chase them.

OPENING AND CLOSING CHECKLISTS
A fixed, customisable checklist for opening and closing the gym, with a history of who marked what and when. No more asking the group whether anyone turned off the air conditioning.

FAULT REPORTING
A coach reports through the app, management is notified immediately, and the fault gets closed quickly. The history keeps the names of who reported it and who handled it. Everything is documented.

COACH EVALUATIONS
Build your own questionnaire — categories, questions and scoring to match how your gym works. Evaluate during a class: one question per screen, four answer options, usable while you are standing at the edge of the mat. An N/A answer is excluded from the score rather than lowering it. Every coach gets a full history, a progress graph over time, and a PDF export carrying your gym's logo. The app reminds you when a coach is due for an evaluation again — monthly, quarterly or every six months.

START FROM THE TIMETABLE YOU ALREADY HAVE
Paste your class timetable from Arbox and Standard builds the coach list and the weekly shifts by itself. No typing coach by coach, no filling in a table. No need to connect an Arbox account or hand over a password, and the import works with Hebrew and English timetables. Re-import on any timetable change, without duplicates.

ROLES
- Owner — full access: evaluations, dashboard, coaches and tasks, editing the questionnaire, and inviting more users
- Manager — runs evaluations, gives tasks, manages coaches, checklists and faults
- Coach — opens swap requests, marks checklists and tasks, reports faults, and sees the feedback they received only once the evaluation is complete

Permissions are enforced on the server and not only on screen, and each gym sees only its own data.

YOUR BRAND
Your gym's logo and brand colour inside the app, and on the PDFs sent to coaches at the end of an evaluation.

The app is in English and Hebrew. The whole team sees it in the gym's language, and anyone can switch it for themselves in Profile; Hebrew is laid out right-to-left. A new gym starts from a questionnaire and checklists in the language it was set up in, and edits them from there.

Access is by invitation only: a gym owner or manager invites the users.
