Daily Health shows your walking day on one screen: steps, distance, calories, and time spent walking.

Open the app and today's step count appears inside a progress ring. Set a daily goal and the ring fills as you walk. Pass the goal and the ring marks it.

◆ Where the step data comes from
Daily Health reads your step count from Health Connect, so it works with the app or watch that already records your steps. Health Connect is built into Android 14 and later, and can be installed from Google Play on older devices. The app points you to it if it is missing.

◆ What you get
- Today's steps in a progress ring, with your goal shown underneath
- Distance in kilometers, calories burned, and walking time, estimated from your step count
- A daily step goal you can change at any time, with presets from 5,000 to 20,000
- A 7-day bar chart with a goal line, plus your weekly total and daily average
- Tap any bar to see that day's exact step count
- An optional status bar notification that keeps your live step count visible

◆ Built to stay out of the way
Two screens, no account, and no sign-up. Your step history is kept on your device. Distance and calorie figures are estimates based on average stride length and body weight, so treat them as a guide rather than a medical measurement.

The app interface is in Korean. Requires Android 8.0 or later, plus Health Connect for step data.
