The SigatulHaj IMS Mobile App is a highly functional and interactive platform designed to assist Haj and Umrah pilgrims from the Dawoodi Bohra community, as well as the management teams responsible for their coordination. The app streamlines various aspects of pilgrimage, ensuring smooth communication, logistics management, and real-time updates for all stakeholders.

Key Features and Benefits:

1. Secure and Controlled Access
The app utilizes ITS One Login, ensuring only authorized users can access it. Admins can define user roles and grant access to specific modules, maintaining a secure environment.


2. Haj Dashboard for Real-Time Insights
A comprehensive dashboard provides live updates on flight arrivals, road travel, and the number of pilgrims present in Makkah and Madina. This graphical representation helps in efficient decision-making and coordination.


3. Transport Management
Users can view flight manifests, filter data based on arrival locations, and check flight itineraries. The system also tracks passenger allocation across different buildings.


4. Fakkul Ehram Coordination
A dedicated feature allows Masools (group leaders) to create and manage Fakkul Ehram groups, add members via ITS or Haj IDs, and communicate instantly via calls or WhatsApp. Real-time status updates, such as group arrivals in Haram, provide transparency and coordination.


5. Hizb (Group) Management
The app lists all Hizbs with their building details, members, and Masools. Users can place calls or initiate WhatsApp chats directly from the app, ensuring seamless communication.


6. Hizb Transfer and Admin Approval
Masools can request Hizb transfers for their group members, while the admin oversees approvals/rejections based on current capacity. Both source and destination Masools are notified, facilitating a well-organized transfer process.


7. Appointment of Assistants (Musaed/Musaeda)
Each Masool can assign up to two assistants to help manage the group. These assistants are given necessary access and are easily identifiable within the app.


8. Mashaer Scanning for Transport Tracking
The app integrates bus scanning for departure and arrival at key locations, updating the system in real-time. This feature ensures efficient tracking of pilgrim movement during key phases of Haj.
