Sufyan for Captains is the official app for delivery drivers working with Sufyan Delivery Office in Kirkuk, Iraq.

Use is restricted to drivers registered with the office. Accounts cannot be created within the app.

▪️ What the app offers

- Receive delivery orders near you during your shift.

- Audible and vibration alerts for new orders, even when the screen is locked.

- Complete order details: restaurant, customer address, phone number, and order total.

- Control your availability: available for orders or on break.

- Track your daily trips, earnings, and payments.

- Monitor your daily goal and acceptance rate.

▪️ Location Usage

The app uses your location to deliver the nearest orders to you and to guide the restaurant and customer to your location during delivery.

The app collects location data even when it's locked or not in use because you're driving and not looking at your screen—otherwise, you wouldn't receive nearby orders.

We enforce this with four restrictions: - Location tracking only begins when you activate "Available for Orders" yourself, and stops as soon as you switch to "On Break."

- No location permission is requested, and no location is collected before you activate your shift.

- A persistent notification remains visible throughout location collection, ensuring it is not done covertly.

- Your location is only visible to the restaurant and the customer whose order you are serving while it is being processed, and is not visible to any other driver.
