Alcor AI

Alcor AI turns a short video of someone doing a task into a written, step-by-step standard operating procedure (SOP). Upload the footage, let Alcor analyze it, and share the generated procedure with your teammates — each step linked back to the exact moment in the source video.

Who it's for
• Manufacturing and field-service teams capturing tribal knowledge.
• Operations leads standardizing training across new hires.
• Anyone who's ever thought "I wish we had this written down."

What it does
• Record or upload videos from your phone.
• Tap Analyze. Alcor breaks the video into sections and substeps, tagged with timestamps, notes, and reference frames.
• Review and hand off: the generated SOP is shareable, editable on the web, and synced across devices.

Privacy
Your videos stay linked to your account and the organization you belong to. They are only accessible to teammates you share them with. Full details in the in-app Privacy link.

Pilot Program
This release is a closed/open test build. Some features — live streaming, local recording backup — are clearly labeled as shipping in future updates.
