알바스펙 - 하루 기록으로 자소서·면접 준비

What changes your life isn't a single special day, but the accumulation of ordinary days.

"I only do part-time jobs, so I have nothing to write in my cover letter."

It wasn't that you had nothing to write; it was that you simply hadn't recorded it. Alba Spec is a record app where you can draw upon a single line each day about your experiences at part-time jobs, classes, or clubs to use as material for interviews and cover letters. I created this app by myself for college students working part-time and young adults in their 20s preparing for employment.

■ Part-time Jobs: Just enter your work hours and your salary is calculated

- Simply enter your clock-in and clock-out times, and it immediately shows your working hours and estimated net pay for the month. It supports both hourly and daily wages.

- If you select a tax method (None, 3.3%, or 4 major insurances), your net pay is calculated.

- If you enter your payday, it notifies you in the morning and compares the incoming amount to your estimate.

- Text messages to send to your boss (applying, filling in, being late, exam period, or quitting) are completed simply by selecting the situation. - You can write down closing times and confusing tasks in a notepad for each store.

- For each place you've worked, the duration, total working hours, and skills are organized, and the system rephrases them using language suitable for your personal statement.

■ Daily Log: What happened today—just one line is enough.

- Select a category—part-time job, class, club, volunteering, exercise, or just a day—and leave just one line. You can also attach a photo.

- If you record the "persona" revealed that day (responsibility, communication, problem-solving, etc.), it becomes a keyword for your personal statement.

- We notify you once in the evening, only on days when there are no records.

■ Specs: Gather activities and experiences.

- Organize clubs, extracurricular activities, internships, volunteering, and certifications by duration and role, and record the events that occurred during those activities as experiences.

■ Interviews & Personal Statements: Prepare with your records.

- If you submit a job posting, the system generates 예상 interview questions likely to come up.

- For each question or personal statement item, it first asks about the necessary experiences, and creates answers based solely on the records you have selected. Leave blanks for experiences you don't have, rather than fabricating them.

- Once you create an answer, it shows you the follow-up questions that might follow.

- It shows you the saved answer again the evening before your interview.

- You receive 5 free AI assistant "Hapgyongmon" passes daily, plus 20 as a gift when you first sign up. You can earn more by watching ads or within the app.

■ Only I can see my records

- Records are not disclosed to others, and photos are saved privately.

- You can start immediately via Kakao, and you can delete your account and all records within the app at any time. You can export your records as files.

※ Working hours and estimated income are calculated based on your input and are for reference only. They may differ from your actual salary.
