AJA RedeemX

Welcome to RedeemX – Your Daily Reward System for Refreshments at AJA!

RedeemX is AJA's internal employee rewards platform that makes everyday work a little more delightful. Designed to enhance the in-office experience, RedeemX encourages presence, engagement, and well-being by rewarding employees with daily points that can be used to enjoy refreshments within the office premises.

How It Works:

Each working day, employees who are marked present receive a fixed number of RedeemX Points automatically. These points accumulate daily and can be used to enjoy a variety of food and beverage options available within the AJA campus – including:

Freshly brewed Tea and Coffee
Delicious Snacks
Nutritious and filling Meals

Whether you're grabbing a quick coffee between meetings or sitting down for a wholesome lunch, RedeemX lets you enjoy office amenities without needing to carry your wallet.

Why RedeemX?
Boost Morale: A small perk can go a long way in employee satisfaction.

Promote Wellness: Nutritious snacks and meals promote healthier choices at work.

Drive Engagement: Encourages employees to enjoy workplace culture and shared spaces.

Cashless Convenience: No money needed – just show up and enjoy your perks.

At AJA, we believe every workday should be rewarding – not just in terms of productivity, but in comfort and well-being too. With RedeemX, your presence earns you points, and your points keep you fueled and refreshed.

So show up, earn your points, and treat yourself – because you deserve it.
