About Internet Speed Test
Internet Speed Test shows how fast your connection really is. Run a Wi-Fi or mobile data speed test in under 30 seconds and see your download speed, upload speed, latency and jitter on a clear live dial. No account, no sign-up.
WHAT YOU CAN MEASURE
• Download speed in Mbps, measured from real data transferred to the test server
• Upload speed in Mbps, using generated test data only (never your files)
• Latency in milliseconds, plus jitter to show how steady your connection is
• Connection type (Wi-Fi, mobile data, Ethernet) and whether Android reports working internet
WHY PEOPLE USE IT
• Check your internet speed before a video call, game session or big download
• Compare Wi-Fi in different rooms, or Wi-Fi against mobile data
• See whether slow streaming or buffering comes from your network

BUILT TO BE HONEST
• Every number comes from a real transfer. Nothing is simulated or filled in
• A result you cannot trust is labelled, not hidden: short tests are marked low confidence, and a test that only partly finished is saved as a partial result
• Latency is HTTP request time to the server, not ICMP ping, and the app says so
• Results are estimates of your connection to the test server at that moment, not a guaranteed maximum speed
