One of the main causes of cost deviations in construction is poor labor management. Aiming to optimize this control, the Agilean tool was developed. The Lean Integrated Management Application has a web platform, where planning work packages are created with the assignment of human resources to tasks and with costs coming from the work budget. The system generates service orders (production kanbans) and the workers' remuneration is defined by pull production, because when swiping their badge at the Agilean Station, the worker has access to the service package they were allocated, indicating the activity which will be carried out, floor, team, cost and dates. On whichever floor it is, the station will print packages with information coming from L.B. in order to facilitate the distribution of tasks in the field and the coordination of masters and supervisors.
