One of the main causes of deviations in costs in civil construction is the poor management of labor. Aiming to optimize this control, the Agilean tool was developed. The Lean Integrated Management Application has a web platform, where the planning of work packages is created with the allocation of human resources to tasks and with costs coming from the work budget. The system generates work orders (production kanbans) and the workers' remuneration is defined by the pulled production, because when passing their badge at the Agilean Station, the worker has access to the service package he was allocated, with an indication of the activity to be held, floor, team, cost and dates. On whatever floor he is, the station will print the packets with the information coming from the L.B. in order to facilitate the distribution of tasks in the field and the coordination of masters and foremen.
