bao: baby & toddler tracker

Bao — the beautiful tracker that grows with your little treasure. Free, with no ads.

From newborn nights to toddler milestones, Bao changes with the stage you're in, so you only see the tools you need right now.

💚 Free forever, no ads
Bao is free to use and always will be. No ads. No paywalls. We never sell your family's data or use it for advertising. Just a tracker that works.

🍼 Quick logging, even at 3 AM
Log feeds, diapers, and sleep in one tap. Everything is built for one hand and a dark room, so you can track without waking the baby.

🥑 First foods
When it's time for solids, log new ingredients, note any reactions, and keep a record of what your little one is eating.

🚽 Potty training
Log attempts, successes, and accidents, and earn a bao sticker for each win. Spot the timing patterns that make training click.

📊 See patterns at a glance
Simple 7-day charts show sleep windows, feeding clusters, and potty intervals. Home screen widgets and watch apps for Apple Watch and Wear OS keep the day's stats on your wrist.

On Wear OS, a bao tile sits in your watch's tile carousel: swipe from the watch face to see today's counts and start a feed, a sleep timer or a nappy log without opening the app. A running nursing or sleep timer stays visible on your watch face and in recent apps, and the tile takes you straight back to it. The watch app works alongside the phone app — sign in on your phone and your children appear on the watch automatically.

👨‍👩‍👧 Everyone stays in sync
Invite your partner, grandparents, or a nanny. Changes sync across every device in the background, so the whole family sees the same up-to-date log.

🤖 Connect your own AI assistant (optional)
Bao supports the Model Context Protocol (MCP), so you can let your own AI, like Claude or ChatGPT, read your logs and add entries in plain language when your hands are full. It's off unless you turn it on. We don't scrape, sell, or train models on your data.

🔒 Private by design
Your data is shared only with the caregivers you invite. Never sold, never used for ads. Export anytime as a PDF report for your pediatrician or a CSV.
