Thöni Work

Together we will find out how you can operate your system permanently and sustainably at the highest level of quality. Our goal for you: We want to guarantee the disposal security of your company while optimally exploiting the system's potential.

During operational plant operation, the operators of a biogas plant are faced with the daily challenge of linking complex data with one another.

The Thöni Care – Smart Service Center offers a comprehensive service that enables central documentation of your system data, work, inspections and analyses. The dashboard system can be individually adapted to your needs. The quality and security of your data is ensured by applying the highest standards; it is not possible to influence the system control. Not only your and our processes can be increased in efficiency and performance, but also that of your system. For this purpose, the correlation of biological, mechanical and operational parameters, as well as analyzes and their development over time, is crucial. Through combined and continuous monitoring of the system and the process biology in the fermenter, malfunctions can be detected at an early stage.

The combination of a central cloud solution and the interactive communication tool ensures a clear, targeted and fast exchange between system operators and manufacturers.
