Proudly supporting the Gisborne and East Coast Region, Firstlight Frozen Ltd started from humble beginnings back in the 1980’s. With a back yard full of chillers and freezers, Richard & Gillian Owen serviced the Gisborne region from one small truck delivering to the wholesale food market. This then grew into other food items being required and a wholesale/distribution business was born.

ABOUT OUR COMPANY

Firstlight Frozen Ltd offers over 4,000 different frozen, chilled, and dry food product lines and we service the wholesale food market for Gisborne, East Coast, Opotiki and Wairoa. We also have a retail shop situated at our premise on 169 Stanley Road, Awapuni.
Firstlight Frozen Ltd is a member of FoodFirst co-operative. We are staunchly proud to be associated with the New Zealand brand and the collective buying power of 26 other independent wholesale food businesses.
