Activigie Bativigie platform: vigilance, subcontracting and hidden work

The innovative Activigie Bativigie platform allows companies called upon to use subcontractors to effectively exercise their vigilance in terms of concealed work:

• Checks from the access station or within the site or randomly.

The platform's service offer is deployed for sensitive sectors, such as construction, industry, event activities, health, transport, hotel and catering, agriculture, etc. With a single subscription per site at Activigie Bativigie services, a client company can activate the control procedures in an unlimited way for all staff and / or visitors.

The database of the software platform integrates all the documents of each employee, fully dematerialized: identity card, construction card, Urssaf certificate, DPAE, assignment letter for a temporary worker, specific documents if the worker is posted, loan of labor, as well as any self-employed person, ...

Activigie App: the application dedicated to control operators "Fight against hidden work"

The controls are implemented by the operators of the choice of companies benefiting from an Activigie contract: security company, partner control office, internal staff, etc.

As the control operator, you carry out checks in the field using a simple smartphone, equipped with the dedicated application. At the end of the checks, the platform sends the necessary emails and registered letters to the parties concerned in real time. The ordering parties thus have permanent and immediate reporting on the actions in progress. Activigie thus guarantees them traceability on the control system implemented.
