チームせたが屋

"Pour ingredients and soul into the stockpot while imagining the nodding expression of the customer" is the most important commitment of Setagaya since its founding. During the years of self-study, we made many mistakes and challenged the established concept of soup, such as selecting ingredients, adjusting heat, and adjusting salt according to the season.

In order to deliver a cup that will always be loved by everyone in this changing era, our store craftsmen are still waiting for you today with passion, preparing the best soup.
