Center Stage

Center Stage Video Recognition changes the game in Employee Recognition. The solution delivers a whole new level of excitement and engagement to your Employee Recognition program.

Today employees are used to all kinds of social tools including Instagram and Facebook and there is no reason why a corporate program can't be as engaging as the third party social tools they use everyday.

Video Recognition also makes the sharing of recognition much more personal. Being able to see the inflections and mannerisms of a colleague delivering a Kudo adds several dimensions to the overall experience. This in itself creates more enthusiasm and excitement and that happens to be the two areas that are consistently stated as lacking in a company environment. Increasing the level of enthusiasm and excitement has a direct correlation to overall business results.

In other words, the ROI to a business from the Center Stage Video Recognition solution can be significant.

The application is designed to be simple and fast to get started with minimal need for any kind of centralized training. As the Employee starts their Center State app they will be asked to go ahead and try a test recognition. And there are other self paced tutorial components as well at start-up

Center Stage also comes with a very powerful component that enables companies to leverage their employee communities for creating training content. We call this "Micro Training." No one knows their jobs better typically then the people who are actually doing the job. Center Stage enables employees to record short training segments that they can easily share with colleagues who could benefit from that training and insite.

Center Stage does exactly what the name implies. The solution helps companies place all their employees on the Center Stage by giving them a powerful platform for sharing and contributing to the success of your business.
