To make it easy for you to do your Daily 7 exercises anywhere, the FLEXVIT app keeps the exercise instructions for your daily functional training right in front of you! Each resistance band exercise has its own explanation and video or animation to help you perform the exercises correctly.
Learning and understanding each basic movement pattern is a crucial first step in functional training. All complex movements, even those specific to a sport, are usually a combination or modification of these basic movement patterns.
The Daily 7 exercises, in order to make the workout varied and challenging, can and should be constantly modified and varied, e.g., by choosing:
• a different band (different category and/or strength),
• the speed of movement and number of repetitions
• a different starting position (standing, kneeling, sitting, lying, one-leg stand, etc).
