UK SELT Simulator runs your Trinity GESE or LanguageCert speaking mock end to end, on your own prepared topic, with an AI examiner who listens and answers back. Then it tells you what to fix.


A LIVE EXAMINER, NOT A QUIZ

James greets you, works through the conversation subjects, presses you when an answer is thin, and rephrases when you freeze — the way a real examiner does. Change examiner voice any time: real examiners vary in accent, and practising with more than one is good preparation.


FIFTEEN MINUTES, FOUR STEPS

1. Prepare your topic. A title and five short reminder points, from your own life. Topic Builder checks it against the rules first and blocks the mistakes that void the phase — a title that is really one of the examiner's own subjects, filler points, memorises sentences.

2. Sit the mock. Correct timing, no pausing, no captions. The examiner picks at least four of your five points, in any order, and you must ask him a question too.

3. Take the conversation phase. Two subjects drawn from the official pool: festivals, transport, special occasions, entertainment, music, recent experiences.

4. Hear your report, the moment you finish.

Practice — ask him to repeat or to speak more slowly. Hints when you stall, longer waits before he moves on, model answers you can hear and copy.

Mock — correct timing, no help, no pausing, no captions. Silence costs you, exactly as it does on the day. Full feedback only at the end.


A REPORT THAT SAYS WHAT TO FIX NEXT

• An estimated result with the phase band that produced it, and a plain warning when a phase would have failed you.
• A function checklist — the functions the exam requires, ticked where you produced them, and tapped through to a model answer where you did not.
• Pronunciation and delivery: accuracy, fluency, intonation and rhythm, measured across every turn you spoke.
• A full transcript that sets what you said beside a natural version of the same answer, turn by turn. Words an examiner would have marked are flagged — tap one and hear it said properly.

Every judgement links back to the turn where it happened, and the advice arrives as audio you can listen to on the bus.

This is independent practice software. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by or connected to UK Visas and Immigration, the Home Office, Trinity College London or LanguageCert, and it books nothing on your behalf. You book your SELT with an approved provider as normal.

Every report is an estimate from that one session. It is there to show you what to fix, not to predict a result.

You will need a quiet-ish place and a few minutes where you can talk normally — the app listens to your spoken answers.
