CLARITY Pro is a companion app to ACD’S CLARITY desktop application. It’s designed to help appraisers organize their day and more easily and effectively manage their claims. Communication, vehicle photos/uploads & status updates can be done straight from the field.

In addition CLARITY Pro dynamic filters inform appraiser when a claim is in the workflow step that requires action/work to be performed in the desktop application, and also when claim is pending an action from someone else.

You get easy access to essential claim information while in the field, including:
- ability to accept or reject a new assignment
- one button quick access to call the vehicle owner
- set/reschedule appointments
- take photos in the field
- upload photos to the claim file
- cache/save photos when in a low bandwidth area and upload later

- see when claim is pending a pay approval or pending audit
- see when a claim requires you to take an action in the CLARITY desktop application
