you know what you should be doing. you're not doing it.

here's the fix: pick a rival. pick a habit. put real money on the line. check in with a photo. your rival decides if it counts.

miss your week? you pay them. they miss? they pay you.

that's the whole app. it works because losing to a friend hurts more than skipping.

---

HOW IT WORKS:

1. pick a rival
someone who won't let you slide. pull them from your contacts or type a name.

2. pick the habit
gym, running, reading, meditation, studying, cooking, journaling, yoga, worship. or quitting something: sugar, smoking, social media, drinking. or name your own.

3. set the stake
$5? $50? $500? pick the number that gets you off the couch.

4. send the invite
one link. text it, whatsapp it, drop it in the group chat. rival not answering? open it up. first one to accept takes the spot.

5. start without them
check in while you wait. your rival joins already behind.

6. check in with proof
take the photo. it goes straight to your rival in the app.

7. your rival rules on it
they verify it or they call bs. no gps. no sensors. just someone who knows you.

8. settle up
sunday morning the verdict lands. loser pays the winner directly. venmo, cash app, zelle. we never touch the money.

---

WHY IT WORKS:

money makes it real.
a goal with nothing on it is a wish.

a rival makes it personal.
you can lie to an app. you can't lie to someone holding your photo.

skipping gets expensive.
the doubler raises your stake every scheduled day you miss. one verified check-in resets it.
