UrSaloon

UrSaloon makes booking a salon, spa or beauty parlour appointment as simple as ordering food.

Find salons near you, see real prices and live slots, and confirm in seconds. No phone calls, no waiting to hear back, no arriving to find the chair is taken.

BOOK IN UNDER A MINUTE
• Browse salons, spas and beauty parlours near you
• See services, prices and expected duration before you book
• Pick a real, live time slot — availability updates as you look
• Instant confirmation the moment payment succeeds

EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE
• Upcoming and past bookings under one tab
• Reminders before your appointment so you never miss a slot
• Ratings and reviews from customers who actually visited
• Offers from salons near you

PAY HOW YOU LIKE
• Card, UPI and net banking, processed securely by Razorpay
• Card details are entered on Razorpay's screens and never reach our servers

CANCELLATION THAT IS ACTUALLY FAIR
Plans change. Our refund tiers are fixed, published up front, and approved automatically — never left to a salon's discretion:
• More than 24 hours before: 100% refund
• 6–24 hours before: 90% refund
• 3–6 hours before: 50% refund
• Less than 3 hours before, or a no-show: no refund

If a salon cancels your confirmed booking, you receive 100% back regardless of timing, with no deduction. Reschedule free up to 3 hours before your appointment, twice per booking. Wallet refunds are instant; card, UPI and net banking refunds reach your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
