Academ-e

Academ-e is the homeschool logbook for life on the go. Quickly capture evidence of your home education — with photos, notes and tickets — so you're always ready for inspection. Everything uses the same Academ-e account as the website.

WHY ACADEM-E
• Document in seconds: tap "Document now", add a photo and a short note, and your activity lands in the logbook.
• Works offline too: no internet? Your entry is queued and syncs automatically as soon as you're back online.
• Link to learning goals: connect activities to the Onderwijsdoelen 2.0 (Flemish attainment targets) and track your progress.

LOGBOOK & AGENDA
• Day, week or month overview of everything you've captured.
• Study timer: measure how long you work and drop the minutes straight into your logbook.
• "Document today" reminder so nothing slips through.

LEARN
• Follow your courses and read lessons on your phone.
• Discover ready-made learning plans to follow or save.
• Practise with flashcards, writing exercises (trace, lines and freehand) and quick notes.

GROUPS & ACTIVITIES
• Find local homeschool groups, follow the feed and join activities.
• Post messages, reply and stay in touch with other families.
• See happenings near you on the map.

PARENT & CHILD
• Parents view their child's logbook (read-only) and switch accounts with a tap.
• Link accounts securely via Academ-ID or QR code.

LANGUAGES
Available in Dutch, French and English — the app follows your account preference and you can switch anytime.

Academ-e is built for home education in Belgium: simple, fast, and focused on what matters — gathering evidence and following up on your learning goals.
