Meine Süderelbe

The tenant app of the housing cooperative Süderelbe eG offers its members and tenants many useful services.

We provide our members and tenants with monthly heat consumption information that can help them understand individual consumption and save costs.

Members and tenants of the housing association Süderelbe eG can use their smartphone or tablet to view all the essential information about their rental contracts.

You receive a regular overview of your heat consumption and can, for example, send repair reports directly with photos. Important forms and documents can be downloaded independently.

Adjustments can be made to your personal data such as telephone number or e-mail address at any time.

Become part of the digital cooperative and use this additional opportunity to get in touch with your contacts quickly and flexibly.

With a one-off registration, you can use both the tenant portal and the tenant app. You will find the registration number in your invitation letter. Did you misplace the letter? No problem. You are welcome to call us again to request your registration number.

We are continuously expanding the app. If you have any questions, problems or suggestions, please do not hesitate to contact us!
