MEIN KBKP

The "MY KBKP" app was developed by the district building cooperative to give its tenants and members quick and easy access to important information and functions. The app offers a variety of functions that allow users to view their rental contracts, access important information about the company, create damage reports, monitor their consumption and meter readings, and contact the district building cooperative.

With the app, tenants and members can view their rental contracts easily and conveniently. You have access to important information such as your contract period, rental costs, deposit and much more. By integrating push notifications, users are also informed about important appointments and events, such as upcoming rent increases or contract extensions.

Another important part of the app is the ability to create damage reports quickly and easily. Tenants can use the app to report damage to their apartment or building, such as burst pipes or broken windows. The damage report is automatically forwarded to the responsible employees of the district building cooperative, who immediately take care of the problem.

App users can also view their consumption and meter readings. The app provides an overview of electricity, water and gas consumption and displays the current meter reading. This allows users to control and monitor their consumption and make adjustments if necessary.

Another important advantage of the app is the possibility to contact the district building cooperative directly. Users can get in touch through the app to ask questions, make suggestions, or report problems. The app also provides a list of important phone numbers and email addresses to make it easier for users to access important information and contacts.

In addition to all these useful functions, the app also offers important information about the district building cooperative. Users can find out about the history and achievements of the company, call up the latest news and events, and download important documents such as the house rules.
