Bliss Home is a room management application for homestays, serviced apartments, and hotels. The entire process – task assignment, room cleaning, quality control (QC), and guest request handling – is digitized on a single platform, transparent and updated in real time.

ROOM CLEANING MANAGEMENT
• Clear task list by status: pending, in progress, awaiting approval, completed
• Accept, start, pause, resume, and complete tasks with just a few clicks
• Detailed checklist for each room, marking progress immediately
• Take before-and-after photos, attach as proof for acceptance
• Record tasks and report any issues immediately in the room
• Verify presence at the work site using QR code scanning, GPS location, or Wi-Fi

• Data exchanged with the server via encrypted HTTPS connection
