EmployeeHub

EmployeeHub — write formal workplace letters in seconds, just by speaking.

SAJCO Employee Hub helps employees create professional HR and administrative request letters without typing long paragraphs. Choose the type of request, speak your reason in Arabic or English, and the app drafts a complete, properly formatted letter — ready to print, save, or send on WhatsApp.

BUILT FOR A REAL WORKFORCE
Many workers are more comfortable speaking than writing. The app is voice-first and can read options aloud, so you can complete a request by ear and with a few taps. Full right-to-left Arabic and English are supported throughout.

SMART AI DRAFTING
Powered by Google's Gemini AI, the app turns a few spoken words into a polished, respectful, business-standard letter — correcting grammar and adding the right professional tone. No internet or AI available? The app automatically falls back to built-in letter templates, so you always walk away with a finished letter.
