Movement, yoga, and meditation classes promote physical and mental strength, flexibility, and relaxation. The app also offers language classes, which provide a fun and interactive way to learn new positive and supportive language and improve cognitive function.

In addition, the app offers classes on menopause and fertility, which are tailored to help women navigate these important phases of their lives. The app also features classes to help parents calm their kids, which are designed to improve the emotional wellbeing of both parents and children.
