DOES N-BACK IMPROVE WORKING MEMORY?
The researchers found that the group that practiced the N-Back exercise showed a 30 percent improvement in their working memory and an improvement in their ability to solve new problems through reasoning.

HOW LONG SHOULD I PLAY N-BACK?
The original Dual N-Back study showed a linear correlation between improvement in participants measured fluid intelligence and time spent practicing Dual N-Back. In other words, the more you practice, the greater the potential benefit. Aim for at least 20 minutes of exercise a day. People notice improvements within the first three weeks of training.

IS SINGLE N-BACK EFFECTIVE?
Studies comparing the effects of single and double N-Back training have found that both versions of the task appear to be equally effective and that the carryover effects are quite similar.
SINGLE N-BACK - requires concentration and attention. DUAL / TRIPLE N-BACK requires multitasking and brain reaction speed.

To open new levels, you need to score 10 correct answers (10/10). It may take some time to move to another level, especially at higher levels it can take weeks. Each new level means that your brain has adapted to solve more complex problems.
