Add foods to the general list to see how well balanced your diet is. Adjust the amount of food consumed (available in grams, kilograms, ounces, pounds) to achieve the right balance and avoid any vitamin or mineral deficiency in your diet plan.
You can adjust the indicators by the number of people and by the number of days of eating.
There is also information on the content of micronutrients in foods, in which foods there is more or less of a particular vitamin or mineral. The scales show the daily value of trace elements in the selected food product.
