This is a really simple app designed to help you to practice focusing your mind. In our day-to-day life, we find it very hard to focus our minds so I designed this app based on a simple but powerful concept of practicing focus in your mind.
These are the steps to get the most out of the Focus Mind App.
Before you start, First Please close your eyes and take a couple of deep breaths.
Repeat this cycle 5-6 times, With every breath tell your mind about your Dream/Goal!
After you start the clock every time when you hear the bell remind your mind about your Goal.
Bring your mind back to your Presence.
Repeat this cycle as long as you hear the Bell, This is how you practice FOCUS.
Change the device Media volume to your preferences. This app uses the minimum battery life so you can use this as long as you wanna be focused.
