My Fit Station

My Fit Station is not your typical fitness blog.

Sure, we talk about eating healthy and working out. But this site is more than just hearty food and exercise.

My Fit Station is about celebrating YOU.

We aim to inspire you to create an authentic, bold, and rewarding life where you get to beat the drum as you attain your full potential and stand up to take your real power!

And it all starts with the most powerful part of you -- your MIND.

My Fit Station focuses on motivation and willpower to allow you to follow a healthy lifestyle and sustain it for the long term. Yes, we’re not into quick weight loss tactics or crash diets that mess up your system.

We are passionate about empowering people to lead their best lives through fitness.

The idea of keeping fit is a wholistic process -- nourishing the mind, body, and spirit with reverberating energy to create a fruitful life.
