Nana: Female Fueling Coach

Sports science was built for men. Nana is a fueling and performance coach built for women.

Nana is a science-backed fueling and performance coach for all female athletes who train consistently and with a performance mindset. It brings together your training, your physiology and how you're actually feeling, and turns that into fueling and performance guidance that makes sense for your body.

Your cycle and hormonal status are part of the picture, but they don't tell the full story, and Nana never treats them as the only thing that matters.

WHAT NANA DOES
- Personalised fueling guidance based on your training load, physiology and how you feel
- Explains the why behind every recommendation, then gives you something useful to do with it
- Helps you recognise yourpatterns around energy, hunger, recovery and hormonal health
- Built on female-specific sports science, not on scaled-down research on men

BUILT ON REAL EXPERTISE
Nana's guidance is grounded in female-specific sports science, with Renee McGregor, a leading RED-S specialist, as Head of Fueling & Health.

NOT A CALORIE COUNTER. NOT A CYCLE TRACKER.
Nana isn't about restriction or tracking for the sake of tracking. It's about fueling enough to perform, recover and keep training through every phase of life. Health comes first. Performance follows.

Smart female fueling, built for the long run.
