Wateriia App

Wateriia delivers clean, sealed drinking water to your home or office — ordered in a few taps and tracked to your door.

Whether you need a single 20-litre jar today or a standing delivery every week, Wateriia takes the guesswork out of running out of water.

WHAT YOU CAN DO

Order in minutes
Browse bottled water and related products by category, check sizes and prices, and add to your cart. Your address decides what is available and what delivery costs — shown before you pay, never after.

Pick a time that suits you
Choose a delivery slot at checkout instead of waiting in all day.

Never run out again
Set up a subscription and let it run. Choose daily, alternate-day, weekly, monthly or yearly delivery, then pause, skip, reschedule or cancel any time from the app.

Watch it arrive
Once a rider is assigned, follow them on a live map, see the route, and call them directly if you need to.

Pay how you like
Card, UPI, net banking, digital wallet or cash on delivery — the methods available depend on your country. Payments are handled by licensed providers; we never see or store your card details.

Keep your addresses ready
Save home, office and any other address with landmarks and delivery notes, and switch between them at checkout.

Get help from a person
Raise a support ticket from any order, attach a photo, and chat with our team until it is sorted.

Use it in your language
Available in English, Arabic and Nepali.

HOW IT WORKS

1. Sign up with your mobile number and verify it with an OTP.
2. Add your delivery address, or let the app find you.
3. Pick your water, choose a slot, and pay.
4. Track your rider and take delivery.

A NOTE ON QUALITY

Every delivery arrives sealed. Check the seal at the door and refuse anything that looks wrong — our rider will take it straight back and we will replace it.
