OneTap: Returns & Refunds

Returning stuff is annoying. OneTap makes it one email.

Forward any order confirmation to [email protected] and Zaya, your returns assistant, takes it from there. She reads the receipt, tracks the return deadline, and gets everything ready when you want to send something back.

NEVER MISS A RETURN WINDOW
Every store has different rules. 30 days from purchase, 60 from delivery, final sale, store credit only. Zaya knows the policies and reminds you before it's too late, so you never eat the cost of a missed deadline again.

RETURNS WITHOUT THE RUNAROUND
Pick the items, tell Zaya why, choose how to send it back. She preps everything: your return details, your ship-from address, the drop-off options near you. For brands with their own returns portal, she hands you a prepped link and it takes about two minutes.

KNOW YOUR REFUND BEFORE YOU SHIP
See an itemized estimate before you commit: item prices, your share of tax and discounts, any brand fees, all spelled out. No surprises when the refund lands.

YOUR EMAIL STAYS YOURS
OneTap never connects to your inbox. No permissions, no scanning, no selling data. Zaya only ever sees the receipts you choose to forward. Export or delete your data anytime.

EVERY RETURN IN ONE PLACE
Deadlines, statuses, and refunds across all your stores on one dashboard, instead of buried in fifty emails.

Start free. Forward one receipt and see what Zaya finds.
