Stint for Partners

It’s time for the new, smarter labour model.

Reduce understaffing and overstaffing by turning long inefficient shifts into Stints.
- Stinters work during your busiest periods - for Stints as short as 2 hours.
- They assist your core team with supporting tasks: Clearing and wiping tables, collecting glasses, front of house support, and much more.
- Access our workforce of over 250,000 Stinters, made up of students keen to work flexibly around their studies.

Our technology helps you match labour to demand more accurately than ever.
- Create custom templates that integrate Stints into your rota.
- Post one-off and last minute Stints when you need them.
- Rate Stinters and add favourites to your pool of “repeats”.
- 80% of Stints are completed by a Stinter that has been been to the site before.

Proven impact:
- Optimised labour spend - reduce your labour percentage and waste less time on recruitment.
- Improved revenue - increase your table turnover and average spend per head.
- Improved team retention - reduce your team churn and stress at busy periods. Nurture a happier, more fulfilled team.

Integrating Stint into your business is simple:
1. Onboard: we work with you to determine when your Stints should be and the tasks they should include.
2. Post Stints: Create your Stints and post them on the mobile or desktop app.
3. Rate Stinters: Our matching algorithm shows your upcoming Stints to those you rated highly.
4. Repeat: Quickly build up your pool of favourites so they keep coming back!
