About SBCA Smart

This application is for the sole use of SBCA Department through which users can keep track of proposals/files using their mobile devices. Users can record location of proposals assigned to them. They can also check documents needed for the lease property based on category selection.

Each user would be provided access by the SBCA Department. Access shall be given and withdrawn at the SBCA Department's discretion depending on which proposals/files are to be covered.
