Buffalo Power: Hold and Win ties every rind treatment — brine wash, wine or brandy rub, ash coating, brushing — to the exact wheel, recipe and affinage day it happened on, so a schedule that worked becomes something you run again instead of guess at.

Open a wheel with its batch, its recipe and the day it went into the cave. Each treatment you log 📝 carries its wash type ⌨️, solution or ingredient, tool 🛠️ and duration, and between treatments you add a rind-condition check ✅ with a note or a photo. Those photos sit on the treatment timeline at the day they were taken rather than in a separate gallery, so a dry patch or a crack points straight back at the wash step before it.

When the wheel is cut, close it with a grade and a tasting note 📝. Recipe Detail then stacks every wheel of that recipe on one day-aligned timeline 🕒 with their grades side by side, so the schedule 🗓️ behind the highest grade is visible — and one action copies it onto a new ✨ wheel, which starts already filled in.
