Groo: AI Career Mentor

Groo is an AI career mentor built on the C.A.R.E+U methodology: Communication, Attitude, Relationships, Execution and You. It starts with a short assessment, shows you where you stand, and then works with you every day on the behaviors that move your career forward.

WHAT YOU GET
• Your C.A.R.E+U profile: a 25-statement assessment and a personalized report with your strengths, your friction points and a plan.
• A mentor that remembers you: talk to GROO about a hard conversation, a promotion, a career change or your next step. It uses your profile and your goals to give specific advice.
• Plans and reminders: turn a conversation into a plan with milestones, and let GROO remind you when it matters.
• Progress you can see: retake the assessment anytime and watch your five scores move.

BUILT FOR PRIVACY
Your conversations are yours. We never sell your data, and it is never used to train AI models.

MEMBERSHIP
Groo requires a Groo Membership, monthly or yearly, billed through Google Play. You can cancel anytime from your Google Play subscriptions. Optional one-time programs are available: the C.A.R.E+U Transformation Kit and the Groo PRO mentorship program.
