Apollo Work

Apollo Work brings your organisation's Apollo workspace to your phone: the conversations, projects, tasks and pages your team already uses on the web.

You sign in with the Apollo account your organisation gave you. There is no sign-up in the app — ask your Apollo administrator for access.

CHAT
• Public and private channels, direct messages and threads
• @mentions, emoji reactions, editing and deleting your own messages
• Share photos, take a photo with the camera, or attach files
• Pin conversations, mute busy channels, browse and join channels, create new ones
• Activity: mentions, replies to your threads and reactions in one place
• Search messages and jump to any conversation
• Every file shared in your conversations, filtered by images, PDFs and videos
• Push notifications for new messages, and a tap opens the right conversation or thread
• Recent channels and messages stay readable offline; a message you send without a connection goes out when you are back online

PROJECTS
• Every project you are a member of, with its tasks as a list or a board
• Tasks with status, assignee, due date and the project's own fields; subtasks and comments
• My tasks: what is assigned to you, grouped by when it is due
• Create tasks, change status and properties
• Read project pages — headings, lists, to-dos, callouts, tables, code and sub-pages — and create or rename pages

If you belong to more than one organisation, switch between them in the You tab.

Apollo Work is made by 5Lab Group Co., Ltd. It needs an Apollo workspace with the mobile app enabled by your administrator.
