About MassDOT BusPlus
The official mobile ticketing app of BusPlus – a program of the Massachusetts Department of Transportation.
The BusPlus app lets you purchase and use intercity and commuter bus tickets instantly on your phone. Here’s how it works:
1. Select your preferred bus operator
2. Choose the type of ticket and quantity
3. Create an account and link your credit/debit card to complete checkout
4. Activate your ticket and show it to the bus driver
An internet connection is required to purchase tickets, but you can use your ticket(s) offline. All personal information and payments are securely transmitted and stored.
Please contact [email protected] for customer service assistance. Any comments or suggestions you may have are welcome. We are aware of problems with the scanning feature while adding new credit cards, and are working to correct this issue.

Very convenient to buy my day passes online
The application is great The only problem. It is that if the data fails you, you were overwhelmed and you cannot use the transfer because you do not have data on your cell phone. and also there is no evidence that one bought the transfer in the application if the application does not work
I love to use this app to pay for my bus rides instead of having to use cash
New update fixed many issues, much better UI design! If it crashes on startup after the update, uninstall and reinstall the app.
Helps me with my transpirtation.
Love having app & nit having contact with nasty $.
